- Ginger Beer –

Ginger beer is a carbonated beverage that tastes like a stronger version of ginger ale. It is made both with and without alcohol.

3/4 cup orange juice
4 (11.5-ounce) bottles ginger beer
1 medium cucumber, cut length wise into thin strips
1 medium Red Delicious apple, cut into thin wedges
1 medium orange, cut into thin wedges

Preparation
Combine all ingredients in large pitcher; stir well. Serve over ice.
