- Almond Raspberry Smoothie –
Almond Raspberry Smoothies are some of the most popular, especially frozen. This easy beverage recipe is a great choice for melding more than one fruit flavor. Not overpowering, but delicate and understated.
2 cups almond milk
1 (12 ounce) package frozen raspberries
2 medium bananas, cut into chunks
2-3 tablespoons honey
½ teaspoon almond extract
12 fresh raspberries (optional)
8 whole balanced almonds (optional)
Mix almond milk, frozen raspberries, bananas, honey and almonds together. Blend above mentioned mixture in the grinder. Pour it into 4 tall glasses and garnish it with fresh raspberries and whole almonds, if desired.
Note: This recipe is appropriate for people who suffer from diabetes.
