Corn Burfi

Ingredients
1 cup Makka cholam ( corn)
4 - cups Milk
2 - tsp khaskhas
100 - gm Sugar
4 - Cashew
Ghee - as needed
Preparation
Heat ghee in a pan. Add cholam fry and set aside. Mix sugar with milk and boil in a vessel. When milk is reduced to half, remove the vessel from the stove. Grind cholam with milk, cashew and khaskhas. Cook the ground contents in a vessel. When the contents leave the sides of the vessel, transfer to a greased plate and cut into squares.
